High Dielectric Constant SiO2 Nanoparticles

چکیده

SiO2 nanoparticles of average size 15-20 nm have been synthesized and its dielectric properties investigated as a function frequency (between 20 Hz to 2 MHz). A very high constant ca. 14000 at room temperature has observed which is compared the conventional bulk particles (ca. 50-100). For this new loss value found be less than 1. These with low can offered use in constructing efficient electronic circuit boards storage devices. Spectra between real imaginary parts reveal an inclined line depressed semicircle. Impedance measurements performed know electrical novel nanoparticles. XRD, TEM FTIR characterizations confirm solid state network structural, morphological shape size, chemical functionality respectively. Copyright © 2016 VBRI Press
